HOW LONG WILL MY BALLOONS LAST?

The life of your balloon garland installation relies heavily on temperature. If kept indoors and in a temperature controlled environment, they can last up to 1 month (sometimes more!) In warmer temperatures or installed outdoors, they look the best from installation to 48 hours after. I cannot guarantee your balloons will last once we leave your location. Courtney Celebrates is not held responsible upon leaving your location for vandalism, weather conditions, etc. If balloons pop during installation, they will be replaced.

HOW LONG WILL MY HELIUM BALLOON LAST?

Your helium balloon has potential to last up to a week or longer. It is like any normal balloon just larger! Make sure to stay away from sharp objects, pets, kids, hot temperatures and sun.

WHO TAKES DOWN THE BALLOONS?

I do not return to breakdown your balloons unless prior arrangements have been made to do so. There is an additional fee for removal of the balloons. Most of the time, they are easily removed using a pair of scissors to snip them down.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE GARLAND I NEED?

It is actually pretty easy! If you have a space picked out you plan to hang the balloons you simply measure the length and width of the space. For example, if you plan to do a mantle, you’d measure the length of the mantle and if you’d like it to go down one side or even both, measure those sides as well. It helps sending a picture as well with your measurements so that you get a more accurate quote!
