Hey there! I’m Courtney Richardson, owner of Courtney Celebrates. I live in Birmingham, AL with my husband, Brock, and dog, Dolly. After recently relocating to Birmingham from Memphis, I decided to rebrand my existing balloon business, Bluff City Balloons to Courtney Celebrates. I’ve done balloon garlands and helium balloons since 2020 and haven’t looked back since!
